Hola amigos de hive espero que se encuentren bien, el día de hoy les traigo una receta nacional, hablo de una deliciosa guasacaca, no es mas que una salsa verde a base de mayonesa con un toque criollo que lo da el aji dulce, pimiento cosechando en partes muy contadas del Caribe, como toda salsa o aderezo cada persona que la hace tiene su receta, en este post les mostraré mi versión, sin más nada que añadir comencemos:

- 200 ml de mayonesa.
- 3 ramitas de cilantro fresco.
- 1/2 cebolla mediana.
- 6 ajos pelados.
- 3 ajíes dulces.
- 1/2 cucharada de sal.
- Aceite (opcional).
The main ingredients for this preparation are:

Comenzamos agregando todos los ingredientes en una licuadora, si no contamos con aji dulce, simplemente reemplazamos con cualquier ají que no pique mucho, simplemente necesitamos el sabor mas no el picor, generalmente la guasacaca no debe picar mucho, debe tener un sabor ligero y suave al paladar.
We start by adding all the ingredients in a blender, if we do not have sweet pepper, we simply replace with any pepper that is not very hot, we simply need the flavor but not the heat, generally the guasacaca should not be very hot, it should have a light and smooth flavor to the palate.
Añadimos sal al gusto y mezclamos a velocidad máxima, debemos triturar al máximo posible todos los ingredientes, es importante que la mezcla adquiera un color blanco verdoso, si notamos que el color final es demasiado verde debemos añadir más perejil o cilantro hasta conseguir el color deseado.
Add salt to taste and mix at maximum speed, we must crush all the ingredients as much as possible, it is important that the mixture acquires a greenish-white color, if we notice that the final color is too green we must add more parsley or coriander until we achieve the desired color .
Chequeamos la consistencia de la guasacaca, si notamos que es muy liquida, simplemente añadimos mas aceite vegetal hasta conseguir una consistencia buscada, la consistencia de la guasacaca es a gusto personal.
We check the consistency of the guasacaca, if we notice that it is very liquid, we simply add more vegetable oil until we achieve a desired consistency, the consistency of the guasacaca is to personal taste.
