    Have you accessed the wallet from the Bitcoin Cash App ot the Bitcoin app? If from Bitcoin app then it will show that error so check it again from Bitcoin Cash wallet.

    I have been getting the same error message and I am on Bitcoin Cash....Just have been watching the price drop. Can't do anything about it Ledger.

      You need to open the Bitcoin Cash App on your ledger. Otherwise all transactions will fail caused of verification problems.
