3- Gun violence is not just about the policy. There are other factors affecting the numbers. In Texas, death penalty risk is far serious than any other state. The organized crime problem are much more serious in some states.
4- This expression "more guns in Texas, but safer" is not rational, because it is not about the number of guns in a state; it is about the rate of gun ownership.
