I remember when i was a kid, i played this game quite a bit. Not knowing what is really going on, i just struggled with the controls until i got used to it.
Yeah it uses tank controls, I don't think it has support for dualshock. It would make life so much easier with it tho. It is those type of games where you need to play the first character to unlock the 2nd and so on.
There are 3 characters to unlock, each with a different weapons setup and specials.
The menus are in English language here and the voice over for the intro is done in English as well, so it is very much playable without the need for Japanese language knowledge.
Not bad game actually and i quite enjoyed it. So if you got a copy and haven't played it, give it a try.
