Today I will clean up the piston I made yesterday and do a few checks on them. So here are updates on Project Devil Gundam!
Clean up and test fit

First using the same drill bit size I file the hole of this piece just to clear that excess cement on the inside of the piston. Then I slowly file the surface of the piston until all the excess cement is gone.
Now that the piston fits the rod. I can use the rod to hold the piston while I sand the rest of the surface using sanding sponge. To give the piston nice and smooth surface.
Test fit and I use the rod as a holding tool to clean up the surface of the piston.
So far these are the part of the piston I've made. And tomorrow I will make another batch of rings for the last piece of the piston set for the leg.
So each set will be using 7mm and 10mm long piston. I will cement down the 7mm ones into the rods then the 10mm will be the ones sliding up and down to adjust the height of the leg.
This piston has taken quite a bit of a time but as I am really taking my time on this build.
So this is my updates for today on this Devil Gundam x Neue Ziel Project.
Keep on building! Keep on steeming! Have a nice day!
