Devil Gundam: Modifying Bottom Leg [Leg Modification - Part 70]

Hi guys!

Today I will continue making the mechanism for articulation between knee and bottom leg. So here are updates on Project Devil Gundam!

Copy Paste Prep Work

I will use the runer to align the hole which will affect the whole mechanism later. After I drill the hole and adjust it will the circular diamond file I will retrace the outline of the pla plate to the new one.

Then using hobby knife and file I trim off the excess while making sure I follow the guide I made previously. Since I am using a 1mm pla plates for this one cutting it off in one go is quite hard (unless I use a new blade). So I took the long way around.

Test Fit

Now before copy pasting the c-joint I will test fit the newly cut pla plate to see if they align properly.

Since they look good to me, I will proceed with the c-joint. Also, I will make another set for the other knee.
