I have an online friend by the name of Frank Scott. He can be seen on his Blog is called Legalienate: News, Commentary and Satire.
As far as I am concerned Frank is one of the most creative writers about the issues of our world, that I have read. I am sure there are many others, but I can only speak of the ones that I have been exposed to. So, with his permission, I will share the following article.
