My Wife Pays a Poll Tax to Vote & Keep and Bear Arms

When a state imposes a costly voter ID requirement to vote without compensating for the cost it amounts to a pole tax and is a violation of the voter's civil rights. In the same way when a state imposes an even higher monetary cost on gun owners who wish to obtain a permit to exercise their constitutional RIGHT to keep and bear arms, this is a violation of the citizen's civil right to bear arms. Carrying a gun on your person is your constitutional right. No citizen should ever be required to pay to exercise a civil right. This include the right to vote and the right to keep and bear arms.
