Bunga yang tumbuh di tempat ketinggian ini sudah menjadi tumbuhan yang di lindungi, para pendaki di larang memetik Bunga Edelweis apapun alasannya karna bisa merusak popularitas bunga itu sendiri,kalau bunganya di petik otomatis pohon nya akan mati sendiri nya.

Kurang beruntung,pendakian kami kemarin saat bunga Edelweis belum mekar, kebiasaan nya bunga Edelweis mekar tiga bulan sekali kalau bukan pada waktunya bunga itu tidak akan mekar.
