Ketogenic diet
70% good, natural fats
25% natural proteins
5% carbs ONLY from green leafy veges
_Strictly NO sugar / processed carbs_

NO alcohol for at least the first month on ketosis to allow your body to heal

Good fats:
sesame/organic olive/coconut/almond oil
All animal fats and skin or lard
Avocado. Natural cheeses. Cream cheese. Natural mayonnaise
All animal organs / innards / tongue

NO fruit intake. Fuck juice =]
Veges are optional - if so stick to ONLY green leafy ones

It takes 3-10 days for your body to switch to ketosis whereby ur body uses fat as fuel NOT carbs/sugar

During your first week you may suffer from “keto flu” : cloudiness, grumpy, low energy, massive craving, hungry, cold like symptoms, stomach upset, diarrhea, cramps etc - THIS IS NORMAL as ur body is changing from within.
