First of all you should go to bed for sleep early.

Think everything positive.

Eat more and more protein

Workout at gym and take protein shake while workout.

Try to drink 4-6 litters water daily.

Don't neglect your legs workout.

Make a goal for your fitness.

Keep healthy :)
