Me in the gym trying to lift 275 lbs on deadlift for five times.

Currently 75kg, on a 2.000 calories intake with 180g of protein (calorie deficit).

Na trećoj sam vidio zelene mrlje i imao blur efekt, valjda je to dobro, ne znam. XD

Kad budu crvene mrlje to je opasno, zelene su OK. :D
