Workout for Today

Just throwing out what I'm doing today to get sweaty, ;)

On the Minute Every Minute for 10 minutes

  • 1 full squat clean
  • 2 front squats

Then, after that.
5 rounds of

  • 30 seconds pull-ups
  • 60 seconds double unders
