If you are like me who is missing the gym due to the gym lock down everywhere.
I am sure you know how frustating it is,
But what i am doing in this situation is
Doing treadmil 30 min a day everyday,
&
100 push ups one day
200 body sqauts the other day.
I do have complete home gym set
Which ill be posting in future
As of now starting with this.
