Yesterday was my volume day in the gym and I did the following:
• Dumbell incline bench 3x8@16 kg
• 1 arm dumbell shoulder press 3x12 @ 10kg
• Romanian Deadlift 3x8 @ 52.5kg
• Lat pull downs 4x10 @ 39kg
• Tricep cable extension 3x12 @ 14kg
• Face pulls 3x12 @ 14kg
• Reverse Lunges 3x10 @ 12kg
• Leg Raise 4x6
• Barbell Curls 15kg x 10,10,8,12
I didn't feel great yesterday. So I took it slightly easier. However I did make some progress. Next workouts will have different exercises. This makes it much more fun than doing the same exercises for weeks. Looking forward to it already.
