One of the secrets to have a better workout

Workout somewhere that has a few of these walking around

Was killing it today at the gym.

Started off with 6 minutes on the elliptical to get my blood pumping and body warmed up

Super set cable chest flies with cable back twist.

Was planning to do 4 sets but after the 3rd set a girl who looks like ^^^ showed up, which is rare at my gym, so naturally I did 5 more sets lol - crazy part was I actually increased the weights lol - just goes to show how a sexy woman can get a mans testosterone to rise so fast.

Then I did 8 sets of lat pulldowns, 4 wide grip and 4 under hand narrow grip. 

 I went and did 4 sets of leg extensions, last 2 sets I dropped the weights so I can get in more reps

Then I did leg curls also dropping the weights

Finished off with triceps rope pulldown super set with bicep barrbell curl 21 (7-7-7)

Did 4 minutes of HIIT on the elliptical since they were closing and called it a day.


Was an epic workout, over an hour, needed it big time, feeling amazing, almost didnt go but #gymislife
