After a quick nap and some healthy energysing sushi my mind and metabolism face perfect conditions for a gym session. Today it’s back, shoulders and -ugh- legs..
Currently I‘m using my 1.30 minutes time between the sets to write this post - what a time management. Time efficiency is essential for good gym sessions and dieting. You need to place your meals according to the energy you will need after that, to perform better trough your day and especially your training.
Training time - legth of sets, pauses and the whole workout needs to fit to your energy management and you should consider regeneration time between workouts and sets for different muscle groups.
