In my opinion, it largely depends on the person whether he will be good or bad. Once I tried to smile when I feel bad - just keep a smile on my face all the time, and try with all my heart to have not a grimace on my face, but a smile.

The mood improved very quickly. This will not help someone, but some other way will help, I am sure - if a person wants to be happy in this world, he will be able to do it.

Most of us will agree that the ability to rejoice is a choice! Unfortunately, not everyone wants to take responsibility and make conscious choices.

And joy and pleasure can be obtained both from the noise of the rain and from the bright rays of the sun equally. You just need to want. And one more thing: “joy without a reason is a sign of foolishness” - in my opinion, it was invented by people rather out of envy that they cannot be just happy, like some.

This is confirmed by children who rejoice in the sun, and snow, and puddles, and just waking up in the morning, a new day ... And God knows what else.

They have not yet forgotten how to wonder, to rejoice, to cry ... They have not forgotten how to see life every day new, amazing and interesting, and therefore happy.

And many of us now look at the world blinkered, voluntarily surrounding ourselves with the framework of culture, higher meaning, social norms and, oddly enough, knowledge about life, about what it should be ... "

By the way, mind you, you can truly rejoice only now, in the present. Not in the past, not in the future, but right now. And here it seems that no longer the ability to rejoice is necessary, but ... desire :)
