My account was hacked, I feel so stupid and almost dirty. How could I have been so stupid?
I even re-steemed several days ago a post from @denmarguy about a scam going round, and I still managed to click on a link that took me of steemit, and then I logged in, into a website that looked like steemit, but wasn't.
As soon as I entered my key, I already new what I had done, I did it too quick, and my brain already put 2 and 2 together, but my hands were quicker.
I lost control over my account.
I really felt terrible, not because of the money, though even that was upsetting, but mostly because my account started scamming others with fishing links.
Luckely @arcange saw what was happening and downvoted several accounts that were hacked and scamming, and was putting out warnings That gave me a piece of mind, as now at least others weren't getting scammed in my name. Thank you @arcange, for using your voting power to downvote the scammers, I'm sorry you had to.
Not being able to get to my account, I thought about what a shame it was of the money, and what I could have done with it, and also what if I had to start over again, and the motivation to start from 0 again was in my tows.
I realised that many out there are building their account and are not as far as I am, so I would like to help out a bit and delegate 400 SP to somebody for 2 weeks. 400 because my account reached 400 followers and I really appreciate that people are there to support me, and I hope I can support them as well.

A hearty congratulations to a soft hearted mother on steemit, I have admired the way you encourage my friend @inspiredgideon1 we are all grateful to you for this show of immense love.
Truly we all are trying to build our steemit accounts, minnows most especially find it so difficult to be consistent to the block chain because they feel less appreciated for their great input.

I am currently awaiting for my induction/oath taking ceremony.
Just last 2 weeks we were notified to come carry out our Induction clearance.

How weird that you cant get rid of your steem delegation. I think making friends is the best way here on steemit. I find it fascinating to interact with all kind of different people all over the world, and then you ill find the ones you want to upvote and support. I need 400 SP delegation because I think I create quality content but they get barely noticed. I have countless poems based on electrical engineering and time travel and that is a very rare kind of jazz on internet. I don't just write weird stuff. My analogies are concise and my metaphors are killer. I just don't have audience. I see a lot of newbies and minnows alike struggling to get heard on the platform.
Churning out great contents but not being rewarded for their efforts.
It breaks my heart.
I feel even more heartbroken when I get messages from minnows asking me to invite their posts.
It pains me that I am not able to give them more than a $0.000.
Because my upvote is worth Nada.
If I get a 400 SP delegation, I would visit the #introducemyself/yourself tag and do well to upvote posts as that is where a newbie's journey begins.

First off , I am the kind of person , if puts my mind on something , I want to get it . So I won't give up. That's what happened on steemit. I don't get upvotes sometimes , but I still keep on posting , if you went to my channel you would see. I joined this Feb 10th , I am trying so much , but somehow I am still not reaching anywhere
2ndly , I am also a student , and I could use some help , for my college fees and my sisters.
3rdly , my life is so complicated , like we have a lot going on , like a case in high court !! And many many problems. That is also one of the reasons I wanted to help. Because it all requires money. I have in my house my grandparents , grandpa of mom and my great grand ma . And we are a family of 4 . So you can imagine all the expense needs. Hospital bills and all..

That is a really good question. I think that iamthegray explained it quite well. It doesn't give you yourself that much more, you can upvote yourself minimally. I think Its worth about 0.04 cents per post. It’s more about a feeling that you can give back to other posts and it helps that you can upvote comment on your post, which results in more ingagement, I think, and therefore helps one grow.

All post remain equaly long on the new page, but self upvoting helps with a bit of SP, as people are more inclined to read post that show some money. The big shots like adsactly get their exposure from selfupvoting. Buying upvotes and using bidbots therefore, helps the most in exposure and getting followers. I’m not a fan of using these methode but it works instantly as @yallapapi demonstrates as well as the dude with guitar on the trending page, who completely bought his way up, but has instant success in followers and upvotes, and if you are lucky the return is more than the investment. Steem is therefore completely a capitalistic model, you need money, to make money.
Having a bit more SP helps in the slow growth and small scale distribution of wealth.

Why I Want The Delegation
I spent some time wondering how to pitch my reasons. Having spent the last 10 hours without coming up with anything grand, I decided to just lay it out as it is.
First, I make no lofty claims to helping minnows. Of course, minnows and planktons will benefit from it. But it is not because they are minnows; it is because I have been following them and I enjoy their work.
I guess that leads into the major reason why I want it. I want to be able to encourage fellow writers who really will appreciate an extra $0.03 on their less than $1 payouts.
My friends will benefit as well. Some of them make as much as $5 per post and even more. The aim is to show that I value what they do. You know, people say "Sometimes, givers get tired of giving." Well, takers get tired of taking too. These friends of mine are the reason I didn't leave Steemit and return to Fiverr and Upwork. That I can give at least $0.01 in return will make me very happy.
Lastly, I currently follow the @reachout trail. It is a project sponsored by @eturnerx. Currently, all I add is an extra upvote. The delegation will ensure I add a cent too.
I do hope I get the delegation but I can't help but say "May the best man win."

Hello, I would like to have this delegation because, honestly I would upvote one of my posts every day with a little more value, and would of course curate aas many posts from other people until I am down to the voting percentage that I need 24 hours to recover. So yes I am being greedy, I get to upvote one of my posts, and get the curation rewards for all the articles I upvote, but I believe that is in essence the factor that got most of us into Steemit.
