LEFTOVERS—PIZZA PARTY
Everybody hates tired old reheated pizza. The dough goes from crisp to chewy, and you
end up gnashing and tearing away at the crust like you’re chewing on one of your kid’s
bouncy balls.
But worry not. There is a way to stop this unsightly way of eating. When reheating your
pizza, place a glass containing some water into the microwave with the pizza, and the
crust will not dry out. Just try to do it quietly, so you can have it all to yourself!
