Facts about Germany:

In Germany you don't need to pay taxes on crypto incoming if you HODL for 1 year.

Also, if you spend your cryptos i.e. in grocery you always not need to pay taxes.

Only if you buy, speculate, sell and make profit within 1 year - than you need to pay taxes, else not.
