The hair of the head is becoming thin, drowsy, and baldness many people are says. There is no end to worry about hair loss, hair growth, or hair becoming thin. Everybody's victim of it. The hair is made of some kind of protein named Keratin. There are 97 percent proteins and 3 percent water in the hair. The hair that we see is dead cells. Because there is no sensitive cell in it. Hair is bigger by half an inch per month. Naturally, a hair starts growing up to two - four years. Then the growth decreased. In the summer the hair growth is faster but the winter is less growth time . The average life of a hair is two to eight years. So some hair falls naturally every day.

How do you understand the hair fall?

There is an average one to one and a half million on a healthy man's head. It is normal to fall hair 100 to 150 every day. But if hair fall is more than this, it must be a cause of concern. Try to count hair on the pillow, or towel at least three days or take a little short hair on hand & tighten the light . If one part of the four-legged hair is raised, it is a matter of concern.

What is the causes the hair to fall?

Androgenic hormones are the main reason for hair fall and male baldness. These hormones usually contain more quantity of male body. Those who have the effect of these hormones, they have more hair fall. During and after the menopause, the proportion of androgenic hormones increases. Then suddenly the hair began to fall.

Fungal infection or dandruff is one of the reasons for hair fall. In that case, to use fungal shampoo hair. There may be medicine for this. When the infection gets better hair again.

The health of the hair depends on body nutrients. In daily diet, there is modest quantities of protein, sugar, fat, minerals and vitamins in the hair it is reason of hair loss. Due to lack of any substance in the body for a long time that's also a reason of hair fall.

If you have anxiety or mental problems, you may have more hair fall than usual.

After getting chemotherapy in the treatment of cancer hair fall started . Hair began to fall two to three weeks after the first dose of chemotherapy and the hair began to grow again after three to four months of the last dose of chemo.

Large surgery or operation of the body may cause hair loss due to various drug applications, physical changes or mental anxiety.

The side effects of some medicines can be caused by hair, such as: birth control pills, pressure medicines, blood transfusion medicines, hormones, mental illness medicines etc.

Many of the above problems are preventable. If we know the correct methods of resistance, we can easily prevent hair fall. If it does not work, you should consult the doctor.

Prevention

  • To eat nutritious food and drink plenty of water. Accept necessary vitamins and minerals.
  • Keep hair tidy and clean.
  • Need to live a life free of anxiety.
  • Hair color changes with age, it must be accepted. Avoid collapsing, artificial color as much as possible.
  • It is better not to try to straighten the curly hair. Use roller instead of chemicals if needed.
  • Gently brush the hair and do not peel over the hair. Fix hair to stay soft. It is better to use a toothed comb than brush.

In as much as I know the food we eat matters most of our body activities, it never dawned on me that it directly affects our hair growth and such.
