When a man begins to go bald, two things go down the drain—his hair and his confidence.
Perhaps you have a family history of early hair loss or you have already noticed that your hair is starting to thin; either way you are no doubt wondering how to stop balding.

According to Albert Mannes, Ph.D., a University of Pennsylvania researcher who's studied perceptions of balding: "Thick hair has always been associated with youth and masculinity." Hair loss signals aging that's why there are people—who may be thinning up top themselves—have put balding in their crosshairs. Here are the new ways to save what's there, regain what's gone, or—if it comes to it—learn that you can lose and still win.

If you have genes that goes bald when you grow old, then there’s a big chance that you too will experience it. For science, genes play a major role in all hair related problems. Although there maybe exceptions and here and there, will be some folks being different from their generations, it is still an acceptable fact that we will all inherit most of the things our parents and grandparents have and that they will be passed on to us.

Spinach for men will do wonders. It is very rich in vitamin C, A and B. it is also a good source of protein and very rich in iron. This way your hair will be very fluffy and strong in the strands, which helps making your hair lustrous and healthy, take in a lot of spinach in your diet.

Carrots and sweet potatoes combo. Take this 2x a week and you are in for a healthy scalp treat. Not only that carrots are perfect for your eyes and other body parts due to its rich Vitamin A content, it is also very helpful for improvement with hair growth. Now all you need are beta-carotene’s, to help make Vitamin A available to you and be easily absorbed in the body. Always have these two in your diet to make sure you have a nice mane and locks.
There is more than one way to combat hair loss but before we combat hair loss we need to identify the issue. Is it hereditary; then certainly there is no permanent cure. However, you can still prevent it and side with science; drugs like minodoxil and finasteride help you keep what is already there. If it isn’t hereditary then it is time to take action. Choosing the correct shampoo play a big role but not just any shampoo; look for ones containing ketoconazole. Control your diet oily and sweet food is not good for hair growth. Here is an extreme solution for hair loss follicular unit transplantation, or FUT; if you don’t mind surgery and the expenses coming with it. Low-level light therapy – this might seem like something out of a sci-fi movie but it is known to improve hair thickness. Lastly, my favorite; why fight nature, accept yourself as you are; bald and sexy.

I prefer more using the fruits, vegetables that we use everyday rather than going to doctor and making artificial hair.

thank for this info, some people will really helped by this.

When it's hereditary, it gets worse as people start losing hair at a very young age and like it's mentioned in the article, there is no cure for it. For normal hair loss issues, I do believe Spinach can be very helpful and even vitamins are necessary. Besides food products, there are many oils that are herbal and help hair growth and Khadi is a good brand that I trust with regards to hair.

Baldness (Pattern hair loss) in men is due to a combination of genetics and the male hormone dihydrotestosterone. It affects 50 to 70% of men.
Vitamins, minerals, or other dietary supplements are useless.
Medication (Finasteride, Minoxidil) has only moderate success.
Hair transplantation (surgery) is expansive.
It is better to accept it, embrace it.
Sorry guys :(

A hair splitting analysis of a hairless head. Nice food for thought.

thanks for sharing this information ..

If there were a cure for baldness there would be very few bald men. I started losing my hair when I was about 24 years old, and it was downhill from there. Nothing stops it, it is natural, what you have to do is just get used to it, it does have at least one advantage, you don't have to worry about how your hair looks, cause there isn't any. The transplant solution works, but remember you will be transplanting hair forever cause it will keep falling.

Great information you got there mate. will try that home remedy of yours. i might soon experience baldness soon when i hit 40's. its a trend in our family.

Great Post! I am glad that i am already doing some of these suggestions.
