My Summer Hair Survival Guide

Many of you know I have just been on my summer holidays and this year our destination of choice was the spectacular but very hot, Caribbean. Everything about this wonderful place makes it a super holiday spot but lets face it, the sun is not kind to our hair so here is My Summer Hair Survival Guide.Every day we sat in the sun, swam in the sea and lounged on inflatables in the pool, all the ingredients needed to catch up on the years much-needed rest and relaxation but all these “activities” damage our locks.

My Summer Hair Survival Guide begins with some pre holiday do’s and don’ts

Once you go on holidays there are a few things you can do to protect your hair from the sun
