The Triangle

So, in my last post I totally lied. I swore I was going to try and get back into steemit and post at least a few times a week, but I blew it! Things have been busy around here and it just lost its place in my priorities again..

Here's my latest comeback! And it's going to be super trivial, all about my hair! Haha

I was blessed with super thick locks. SUPER. THICK. I'm forced to say blessed because the opposite would be so much worse, but it's not easy dealing with this much hair! It runs in my family, I'm not sure any of them have it as bad as me though! Before I found a hairdresser that owned a pair of thinning sheares when I was 12 or so, it was so thick I couldn't actually get my thumb and index finger around it in a ponytail! SUPER. THICK.

Anyway, I found a pretty sweet solution last year that I love! I tried lots of things over the years, including a side shave (that I HATED) and then I discovered this!

It's just a big triangle in the back of my head that I get shaved into designs by a great barber here in the city. Best thing I've ever done with my hair! I love it because it cuts way down on the weight of it and looks so cute and badass all at the same time! And because it's so thick if I wear a low pony or wear it down you can't tell at all! :)

I've only had a few designs so far, the first one I didn't get a very good picture of, but here it is;

Last night I got a new one and I'm super excited about it!

I'm so festive! LoL
