A few friends have recommended this system to me as the most natural way to get this done. It's crazy how EVERYTHING which goes wrong with our bodies relates back to nutrition. Unsulphured blackstrap molasses is full of the good stuff :)

Yep, such is the way of the world these days. One must always dig deeper so to speak to get to the good stuff!
In the last few days I have found a bunch of people claiming that urine therapy is great for the hair, amongst other things. I know this isn't to everyone's taste (haha!) but it does seem to have incredible benefits and makes me wonder if the human body wasn't actually designed for us to drink our urine? It's just that somewhere along the line they started teaching us that urine is a waste product. Which it isn't.
