Hello steemians so today i will share with you the ricepe of Halo-halo the noontime our filipino favorite dessert. I hope you like it.
Halo-halo (from tagalog word halo," mix") is a popular Filipino dessert that is a mixture of shaved ice and evaporated milk to which are added various boild sweet and fruits, and served in a tall glass or bowl.
Ingredients:
1/2 cups sweet potatoes(kamote), diced
1/2 cup taro roots (gabi), diced
1/2 cups purple yam
1/4 cup plantains (saging na saba), diced
1 cup ripe jackfruit (langka), sliced
1 cup granulated white sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon monggo
1 tablespoon gulaman
1 tablespoon sago
1 tablespoon beans
1 tablespoon pinipig
1 tablespoon nata de coco
ice cream
1 tablespoon ube
leche plan
grilled ice
Instructions:
- Put sugar
- Mix the fruits and add the grilled ice.
- Add milk on top of grilled ice
- put ice cream leche plan, ube, pinipig for toppings and serve
