Looking great to me! Now that you have what you want in focus, you can also appreciate the quality of the out of focus OOF areas of these photos. Different lens produce different 'looks' and of course distance and lighting also affect this. You may have heard of this already - Bokeh :)

Any idea what type of spider and flower those are? Good work! Especially on the spider. Wonder if it has a cool web near you. Kind of looks like a wolf spider, but I am not certain.

The flower is a clematis, and yes the spider is a wolf spider.
