YOU think of yourself of not being a morning person?

U feel in the mornings weak and sick?
Negative?

YOU think coffee makes you happy and fresh?

Oh no, no.
Here my personal guide step by step:

  1. Wake up when you wake up ;)
    Don't try to fall asleep again, use the golden morning hours

  2. Take time for brushing tour teeth, combing your hair and choose comfortable clothing

  3. Drink a glass of warm water to activate your digestive system

  4. Do some stretching or yoga exercise for getting energy and relax your body

  5. Do some eye exercising or meditation, if you want some prayer or chanting to relax the whole mind and body

  6. Send out loving energy to all the people and fill yourself with love and compassion

  7. Eat a little fruit snack

  8. Have a walk in the nature instead of going by bike or car simply walk ;)

  9. Breathe with awareness and enjoy!

  10. Inspire people by feeling fabulous and fresh without taking any stimulants
