Happiness

Our problems are not really the problem, Our reaction to the problem is our actual problem.
It is quality of our reaction which decides our happiness or pain.
In the same situation different people will react differently. The situation does not trigger the reaction. It is the value of the person which will create the reaction.
The situation is stimulus. The response to the situation is our creation and is completely our choice.
When we got disturbed by someone's behavior, we are making that person powerfull. We believe they have power to affect our state of mind.
We have the value of anger and also of peace.we choose which value to use, depending person and situation. Let us not give our self the liberty to get angry with anyone, irrespective of their age, relation or position.
Our state of being influences the situation, that is the being comes into the doing. Anything done repeatedly than becomes a habit. So being doing and than becoming is our choice.
Everyone know that what is right and what is wrong, But our pre defined priorities makes our right or wrong discions.

Happiness is a matter of perspective. Welcome to Steemit brother. I do apologize, I had up voted you but it was worth nothing in terms of monetary value...usually it is worth 2 cents for each up vote I make, but it has not shown up as such.

I see why, because the post is over 7 days old.
