The answer to many questions in life, can be broken down into one focus, and that is a Goal. If you haven't noticed, when you have a goal you want to accomplish, there is a great joy and happiness that last for years, if not your whole life after that goal is acomplished.
A goal could be a Graduation from school, having a child, buying a home, having some savings, traveling, etc. The happiness I feel after traveling to Europe is still there, and gets me happier because i want to travel more places in the near future. Now do you see what I'm talking about?
Albert Einstein was not wrong, if you tie your happiness to goals, you will really obtain happiness out of that. The best secrets of life are very simple, but we make it complicated. They do take some time to achieve, the feelings of the pride you get after you accomplish something big in life are amazing.
Keep setting up realistic goals in your life, and you will see the level of happiness increased like you have never seen it before. Many blessings to all.
