People usually don't know, but there's a recipe to be happy. Believe me. There is!
We human beings are never satisfied and that's why we don't feel like we are happy. Even noticing we have happy moments.
So, that's the point!
And if you constantly find something to accomplish? Trace goals to achieve.
And there's one more thing: Don't set long-term goals! That can be frustrating if you feel like it's taking too long or if something in the middle gets wrong.
The best to do is set short-term goals. I think an ideal number would be 2 goals at a time. In fact, you can have 1 super goal and break it in steps you want to get done. And once you accomplish one of then, you feel happy. Yay! Enjoy your victory. Now set another goal to replace that one.
It's a loop of goals you set and achieve. It's like infinity happiness!
And I know we can't be happy all the time. Shit happens time to time. But that's a way to be happy as much as you can.
