Healthy Habit #1

Happiness is a positive feeling that everyone seeks but can't seem to get there hands on it. I've found that gratitude is a step closer to that goal. When I wake up or before going to sleep, I like to take a moment to smile about having a job, affording the bills, and having a bed to lay in after a long day of work. Things are not perfect and life likes to throw things at us from time to time but if we keep a good attitude and try our best to make the right choices we may have opportunities that negative eyes could never see or take advantage of.
