Have you ever woke up on the so called "wrong side of the bed"? Lets say you wake up and something negative happens the starts a domino effect of negative instances that lead to a overall bad day. Due to all the negativity you fond yourself wondering if the day will get any better. If you are having a bad day i have a few tips that may or may not be helpful to you.

  1. Affirmations: when you wake up in the morning it may help to find a quiet space and tell yourself all the things you like about yourself. You can also say the things that you would like to happen during your day. It may help to try and emotionally feel and charge your words with said emotions, really belive these things will happen. The law of attraction will help these affirmations come true.

2.Meditation: meditation is a great way to calm yourself and get in touch with your inner spirituality. The level of peace u can gain by meditating could be profound. Try meditating on peace and love every morning or evening and see how easily u glide through negative situations.

  1. Being in /looking at nature: Nature is beautiful and very calming. Its proven that just by looking at nature can boost your mood. Therefore being in nature and just getting outside can be a great mood stablizer. You can also try sungazing. Not only will sungazing boost your mood but you get vitiamin d. I will post instructions on how to sungaze soon.

  2. Exercise: exercise is very healthy and can help with your mood. Try exercising during your day for an energy boost, to be more healthy, boost your mood, gain confidence and many many more benifits. Stretching will help boost your mood as well.

  3. Cold showers: if you take your shower in the morning try ending your shower on cold . The colder the better. You can also alternate between hot and cold . This has many health benifits and can boost your mood when done. Ending your shower on cold can give u a great boost to drive by your day. Just try it and see the results for yourself.

You can try a few of these or all of them and they should help preventing a bad day from being worse then it actually is.

meditation is a good habit.

This is really insightful . I totally agree with you on every word in your post. It is really important to exercise as it releases stress and prevents depression. Your post is really great and please keep on posting more .
