I'm writing this article at night, I'm on the street and it's a really good weather. Today I'm out of the Park, I didn´t think it was fair to myself, to be closed at home. I decided to come stroll and relax a little, I didn't want by personal choice a very crowded place, full of people. Today I'm in those days that I don´t want much confusion around me. Must understand! I spend most of my day in an amusement park, in itself, it's a lot of confusion. Not to mention as an artist your energy has to be 100%. Basically as I say, when I'm on the scene, I'm always burning the tire. This is a daily exercise, and as you should calculate, the body asks to calm down. I wonder what you're thinking ... "" If you're not happy how you can make others happy. " (I'd like to take a break here, to say that I'm not sad. I just want to report a possible scenario)

I wanted to get here so I could explain the context of the title.

At the moment, as I write, I was observing the people and the environment around me. Despite this slight headache I feel, it led me to think about this subject, which I had never written, in the sense that it could be misinterpreted. The truth is that I came to the conclusion that: Why should I hide a FACT, which is transversal to all Human Beings? Sadness!

Sadness in a very general way is an emotion that leaves us down and unwilling to move on.

Now imagine that for some reason you are sad and you have to make others happy. Difficult, don´t you think?

This subject has led me to think about something I heard from a friend who has been an actress for many years to whom she told me. - "Once, a theater director told me. You do not have to feel, you have to have the technique to make others feel "

Truth! As a performer, you have to play pretend. Make others believe that it is true and you are feeling. Basically, you have to forget everything that is around you and make the audience enter into your reality, into your truth, and for yourself you have to put your "problems / feelings" aside.

Therefore the name given to this art to be Acting.

However, to conclude, and do not annoy you more with my foolishness. I have discovered that it is in sadness that you discover happiness.
