Be Happy Always?
How do we perform our best? Tap into our infinite intelligence? Make the best decisions for our lives??
One way it will not happen is if you are not in a state of happiness.
We cannot make the best decisions when our mind is not settled, our emotions are all over the place, our energy is low and depleting, being distraught in any kind of way will unfortunately allow you to make poorer decisions.
This is why we are pressured by negative media all the time, have our minds busy by entertainment, and involved in useless activities that are building bad habits that we think are profound in our world. We make poorer decisions because of this and can be easily persuaded when we are in stress, dissarray, distraught, in a corner, ect. The powerful elite know this and use it to control you by making you feel low, intimidated, scared, need to fill a void, ect. Governments do this to keep the public's attention away from big moves they are making. Corporations do it to keep you consuming and buying what you don't need. All types of people do it to persuade you to do what they want.
When you are happy you are more in control of everything. You will be able to tap into your intelligence much more then when you are stressed. You will be able to control your emotions and not get worked up easily. So much more truth, well being, understanding and awareness will come to you in a state of happiness. It is very difficult to stay optimistic, disciplined on your path, trust your intuition and self when you are happy.
The happier you are(and this is a choice by you) the better your life and self will be on a daily basis. Sounds simple right?
