Thanks my friend, but some of what you sent has hit, and jumped my scare that they use from 67 to 97. I have a little more RC! Might be able to make 7 posts more.

But I do appreciate it!

:)

I just found out that hebrewhousewife sent me 30 SBD voting weight. It has helped a lot, she really surprised me!

:)

Oh...lol...OK. Well, I didn't think I had successfully delegated, and I never had before. When I get home, I'll probably just give you a little SBD, because it's simpler.

Just have a safe trip! They have apparently changed the refresh rate from four days to one, so they are still trying to fix their mess.

I worry that they will reverse a bunch of this slowly, hoping that people don't notice the gradual limits.

But, I will not assign evil intent to them yet.

:)

I think the original intent of limiting the ability of newbies to transact or post was to drive out spammers and bots. I'm not sure how they are going to maintain that goal while "re-empowering" newbies, but anything is better than what we had right after adoption.

That was a problem, especially the bots. I thought the down vote flags, handled that well.

The bots were living large on volume, due to the 0.001 curation award. Remove that award, remove the bots.

You back home now?

:)*

No..not until Monday or Tuesday.

Hmmm...how did they remove that .001 award? Can no one now do that? Did they get rid of downvote flags?

No that is all intact, but if they had removed the 0.001 curation award, the bots would die. That is their source of income.

Bot 20,000 times a day, and you made $20....

This would have fixed the bot problem by simply removing their reward. It would not have damaged any real accounts, because it only removes pennies from them, not their actual income.

:D

Hmmm...So I wonder why they didn't just do that...?
