One day we will be able to treat cancer, long-term chronic diseases, and “incurable” diseases in the same way we treat a cold or the flu with a “magic pill” or “magic pills”.

But right now the “magic pill” is hard work.

Especially when you think about long term chronic diseases, it is sleeping 7.30 to 8:00 hours, making meditation a daily practice, doing exercises regularly, eating the right diet for you, avoiding processed food, avoiding too much sugar, fat, and salt, of course, our body needs them to work properly but just admit it, you, me and almost everyone loves them so much, you can make any food taste good if you add those three magic ingredients you tend to overeat and overdo any of those three, for the most part, is unhealthy and will make you put more food in your body than what your body really needs for that day.

It is also controlling better our emotions and paying attention to how we react thought the day with other people or to the difficult circumstances that are presented to us.

Being more stoic and more in control of our emotions creates less stress and less anxiety thus getting healthier.

Some of the tasks listed above are not easy and the hard work is mainly at the begging once you make them a daily habit you are on your path to success, this will improve your health considerably and maybe even cure yourself, besides all of this you get to be a better human being which seems like the extra bonus you did not ask for but actually, this is the main reason why we do this isn’t it?
