I have read Harry Potter many times. This time i decided to read in reverse order-from 7th to 1st book.
Why?- because i felt like it.
How was it different?- You can actually know how the story was building up. Its kind of amazing in that way.
Will i do it again with other books?- depends on how much i love the series. I absolutely love Harry Potter and can read it again and again.
Will i suggest it to you?- if you are a potterhead, go for it.
I joked with a friend about doing that exact same thing and how it would be.
I can imagine it must be nice that the books get less dark and more light hearted if you read them that way. It must also be interesting to compare how the characters that we learned unexpected things about and therefore might think different about in the last book like Dumbledore and Snape, to how they behave earlier on.
