Another great is if Hashflare organizes the withdrawal limit to :

Monday: WL 0.01
Tuesday: WL 0.02
Wednesday: WL 0.05
Thursday: WL 0.05
Friday: WL 0.05
Saturday: WL 0.1
Sunday: WL 0.1

*WL = Withdrawal Limit

In this way, it is a good idea to send them all in batches as per the WL and people will be happy and they will wait for the the particular days to withdraw.
