This is between the parties involved and doesnt have anything to do with the Hashkings Trail. If you have delegated then you deserve the upvote but please don't use it as an excuse to attack folks though)
There may be situations not covered by the rules or times where the rule may not fit the situation. If this happens the moderators are trusted to handle the situation appropriately.
