These are my entries to @claudiaz hat photography.

All photos were taken using Nikon D5000.

A friend of mine contacted me one time and told me that friends of hers, who became my friends as well, were getting married. She cannot come up with a gift. She then asked me to take a prenuptial photos of them and that will serve as her gift to them.

I was an itching photographer then and readily agreed. This is a photography that I wanted to explore myself. I like the cute little hat that the couple brought with them and used that as a subject with them in the background.

Some of you may have been familiar with this. I have shared this a couple of times in some of my posts here. This was taken in Colibra/Culibra Island, Dasol, Pangasinan. You can check more about it here https://steemit.com/vehiclephotography/@leeart/banca-vehiclephotography.

I notice now that I should have cleared the foreground more. All I can say is that Bigfoot exists in this island lol!

I saw a video of this island shared online. It is a very recent one and I was surprised that they allowed structures to be built in the island. There are huts built which I am sure are for hire. It is practical since there are no trees in the island and it is just a speck of an island. However, I hope they can maintain the cleanliness of the place.

My final entry is this shot taken during a wedding of a friend of mine. This was held by another friend who sang during the wedding. I cannot remember why was he holding this. In his hands were this hat, the piece of his song and a basket for a flower girl. I think the hat was used as an accessory for the flower girl as well. I did not cover the event. I came as a guest.

This is one of the weddings that I will always remember. Their love story is not that common but I have heard of stories with the same account.

The couple have never met, not even once, before the wedding. She works and lives in Canada while he was in the Middle East. They were introduced online through common friends of relatives. Friendship and romance grew. They then decided to we and held their wedding here in the Philippines. That is the first time they saw each other in person. Their first kiss was official and witnessed by everyone during the wedding.
