This was taken at Point Panic at the East end of Kaka'ako Waterfront Park. The park was once a landfill until the 1960's. Then later the park was developed and opened in 1992. There is a lot of grassy area and benches to relax or picnic but no sandy beach. There's a large seawall and boulders and an entry point to body surf at Point Panic. Point Panic is known for body surfing and not board surfing. This cat was just relaxing and enjoying the view.
