It's always inspiring to see these journey's. Good luck and losing weight is a lifestyle as I've learned the hard way and always struggle and in yo-yo what helps is finding something that's better to replace what you like. Like instead of pizza, i took a whole grain slice of bread and put some tomato sauce and a little bit of cheese enough to satisfy your liking. Replace regular chocolate with dark slowly. I think 60% from dove is still good. Before you think about looking at candy on store shelves, consider the ingredients and the calories and make your choice accordingly. If it's 200 calories for a candy bar, why not 200 calories of something else that's more filling like a chicken soup with least sodium as possible because salt retains water. Instead of regular grains, chose whole grain and always chose non gmo all natural and least calories. fat is fat no matter what and so are calories and ingredients. I have had much success with this method. least processed, least calories. Always chose all natural non gmo over least calories. Metabolism works best with less processed foods and don't deprive yourself from what you like. Just replace, replace, replace. Happy camping my friend and you have my support.

Bianca's Weight Loss Journey: The Suplement [ Part 8 ]
Hey! I haven't eaten processed food for weeks and it feels really good. Also fun to choose my food, prepare it at home, healthy and fresh ingredients.
I loved the pizza tip, I'll try it this week, love some fresh sauce with cheese and basil!
Thank you so much for your support! xx
