Obesity is a medical condition in which excess fat is accumulated in the body. Excessive accumulation of adipose tissue can lead to a reassessment of health indicators, including a decrease in life expectancy or a decrease in quality of life. The most common way to estimate obesity is to use Body Mass Index (BMI).

What is obesity?
Obeseity means you have a lot of fat in your body that can cause your health. High levels of fat in the body can cause diseases such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, stroke, and so on. For these reasons, even if you do not feel bad because of your obesity, you still have to think about losing weight. What are the causes of obesity?
Obesity is a complicated disease that has only one reason or a specific treatment. You become fat when you get more calories than you burn. But other reasons include the following in obesity or the amount of calories you receive: Eating more than you need. A life style, new gadgets from jacks, elevators, cars, and even TV controls have diminished our physical activity. Genes, if one of your parents is obese, you are likely to be overweight 3 times more than other people with balanced parents. Families and friends, if you are eating a lot of snacks amongst those who eat a lot, and Or low mobility, you will be like them. Other factors that can affect your weight, even if your activity is: Lowering your confidence, being fat or having overweight can lower your confidence and encourage you to escape from your problems. Also, multiple deficiencies in diet and weight loss are also one of the reasons for lower self-confidence and falling into obesity. Emotional problems, mental health problems such as stress, anxiety or diseases such as depression can tend to be overeated. Some people bring relaxing problems, or avoid tasks and problems, or forget about overeating. Psychological distress, uncomfortable factors such as sexual abuse, physical, mental or loss of parents during childhood or marital and family problems It can be a stimulant for overeating. Whey (or beer) has a high calorie content. Medications or diseases, some diseases or drugs can be obese.
