Why the US considered a first world country? they even not included on top 15 rank on healthcare system, that's the sign that we're on a verge of collapse like the last king of Roman Empire, they have so much politician in the white house but yet failed to solve the problem on healthcare, the problem is we the american don't need more politician, we need a leader that have the will to do the job, we no longer need a joker president; who's only job is to write a speech , or write a controversial statement in twitter.

Nice one

Really helpfull post about health
Good health and good sense are two of life's greatest blessings.

Two years ago I thought the American Health System was great, and it's for those who have economic privilege. But for the rest, it's simply enslaving to get sick or have an accident. Now, even though it's saturated and without enough supplies I'm proud of Mexico's health system. It's an interesting model to analyze the Mexican Social Security System.

Burocracy is always a problem, I still don't find a good project to solve this problem in Health systems with a blockchain application. There are some, but implementation and coding deserves real attention for a global solution.

Civil disobedience should be the answer to the breakage of the doctor - patient privacy.

Government should care for the ethics of relationships above the law, medicine should be an ethical privilege:

Great dtube post.. Thanks for sharing valuable post... best of luck..

It's not just the patients that government doesn't trust, it doesn't trust the doctors to report it unless they make it a law. 80% of every health dollar goes to administrative costs.
no reason there to want a government.

It's very disturbing that the violation was rejected by the people who should know better but passed by the state who always think they know better, but don't. I hope more doctors join the good doctors stand and refuse to comply with such an atrocious law

Health is first without can't live in world

I Hope promote your post but my voting power is low

Dr.Matthew pautz best of the best Doctor

Some ones got to stand of to these monsters. What better person to do it than a doctor.

The doctor is gentle man

I don't see what the big deal is, they just have their nurse check the federal data base just like the pharmacies do. We haven't seen hacks of the federal data base so what's he worried about? Thousands of people are dying, kids are losing their parents and he's worried that every time he prescribes a narcotic he has to have his nurse check the data base...disgusting.

People die every day that’s a fact of life. The government doesn’t need to be involved in telling doctors how to run their practices. If they are board certified and hold a license then there is no need for any form of government getting involved. The doctor talked about how the administrative cost of healthcare is 75% of the price we pay. Only 25% goes to clinical professionals. The government has created so many regulations and barriers that 75% of healthcare is actually administration? That’s ridiculous! The government is the exact reason why healthcare in this country is so damn expensive. I can’t even get an X-Ray without insurance even though the real price of an X-Ray is less than $25. Why should doctors or nurses be forced to do more unnecessary paperwork that only takes away from their relationship/rapport with the patient. Nurses and doctors already spend half of their shift charting information to pacify federal standards why add more unnecessary things to their plate?

In this instance it will save more lives and that's what doctors commit a oath to. If it wasn't a epidemic and thousands of children weren't left parentless I'd tend to agree with you. Plus it's the fact that plenty of doctors and pharmacist have been arrested for prescribing/filling way more then should be normal. It's also another one of those things were a few people spoil it for the whole bunch, they take their prescriptions to different states and pharmacies to try and skirt the system. You have to care about the kids being left behind to see how something like this is more important then the regulation.

I won't be surprised if the FDA, like many other agencies I suspect, run a conspiracy movement to keep us dependent, docile and enrich a few pockets.

It is wonderful that we support the freedom of all human beings on the planet ,,, and I am here as an Arab sexual person supporting freedom for all, I hope to get that book, thank you and you are a wonderful person as you are demanding freedom for America, good luck my dear friend @adamkokesh... ,all the best for you

"It's a privilege to practice medicine"? 7:05 WHO GRANTS THIS PRIVILEGE? wtf? typical doctor!!! ...and soon to be an attorney. omgosh.

NNNNNEXXXXXXXXXT.

The biggest issue with the healthcare system isn't that not enough people are insured. The problem is that the USD has 0 value in the healthcare marketplace. The poor disproportionately have jobs without benefits ie health insurance, dental, life, pension and/or 401K, bonuses, etc. This lack of benefits has created a "privileged" class. The companies that offer benefits are actually making money off of those offered benefits and instead are paying you less. We need to establish direct doctors-patient relationships and get rid of third-party payers, Medicare/Medicaid being two of the first to go.
