Ailments due to strain have become very common in our day. These are ailments that we can contact both at work and in our leisure time. Injury is a result of straining the body adnormally. The most common cause is improper use of the body or that the type of work on itself is too strenuous. The consequence in both cases is an overexertion of muscles, tendons and joints.
Wrong use of the body may result of not having learned proper work technique. The ailments may also be due to or be reinforced by inappropriate equipment. If a person is nervous and tense, has problems with his friends, etc., his ailments may be worsened. The mental stress can be so strong that it gives rise to a muscular tension that leads to bodily ailments.
