How To Detox Naturally To Get A Healthy Body

Detox is the process of removing toxins in the body through urine, breathing, stool, and sweat using four major organs, namely the liver, kidneys, digestive tract, and skin. Through this detox you can remove toxins in the body. The effect of this detox is to brighten the skin, digestion, loss of pain in the body, and increased energy.

Detox can be done in various ways. Here are six natural detox ways that we can do:

  1. Fasting
