But the best part about oats is that it is a versatile food - you can make it sweet, you have have it salty, you can make pancakes and even your desi dosa and oats vegetable khichdi. The biggest reason that any nutritionist will give you to make you eat oats is that it is high in fiber and helps you shed kilos faster. Well, let's delve deeper and see the benefits it will provide if eaten daily.

Since oats are rich in fibre, it gets digested easily by our bodies. But the best part is that it isn't digested all at one go. Oats get slowly digested and will keep you feeling full for long. Thus, preventing your untimely hunger pangs.
