Benefits of sweet berries for the health of the human body

Good evening steemit loyal friend .. Tonight I am posting about the benefits of sweet sour fruit.


Sour fruit is not only useful to provide a sense of acid in cooking. But the actual fruit is also beneficial to the health of the body.

high acid fruits vitamin C, vitamin B, calcium, iron, potassium, manganese, and fiber. Fruit acid is also anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-virus because of the content of lupeol and polyphenols in it.

Because the fruits are rich in antioxidants and fiber, then taking acid is very useful to lower cholesterol levels in the body and prevent various diseases that can damage heart health.

Acid contains a natural substance called hydroxysitic acid that slows the production of fat in the body. So eating acid is useful to lose weight.

In addition to rich in antioxidant substances, acids also contain tartaric acid that protects the body from free radicals and prevent the growth of cancer cells.
